The domaine Delmas can be considered as a pioneer in the world of organic vine cultivation and winemaking. It was since 1986 that we decided to convert our whole exploitation into organic cultivation so as to provide our clients with products of high gustatory quality issued from an environmentally friendly agriculture.
This decision has been made with the complicity and advises of other actors of this organic sector such as Jacques Frelin (Terroirs Vivants, former president of the UNIA), Jean-Paul Soulié (Domaine des Soulié), Jean-Claude Loupia (Domaine Loupia) and Ernest Bissa (Domaine de L’Ile).

In parallel, Bernard Delmas engages himself personally and enters, as vice-president and then treasurer, one of the institutional groups created to regulate the access to this organic market in the whole French territory : the UNIA (Union National Interprofessionnelle de l’Agriculture Biologique = National Interprofessional Union of the Organic Algriculture).
